Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bagels to meet daily production goals.
- Mix, knead, and shape dough to create high-quality products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Ensure consistency and quality of baked goods.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Requirements
- Previous baking experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Availability to work early morning shifts from 2:45 AM to 9:00 AM.
Schedule
Part-time position with shifts running from 2:45 AM to 9:00 AM.
