Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will assist with content creation, social media planning and other marketing projects while gaining exposure to digital advertising, analytics and campaign development. Job Responsibilities Assist with planning and creating social media content across multiple platforms. Capture and edit short-form video and photo content featuring Springfield Clinic providers, employees, services and community involvement. Participate in content shoots, creative brainstorming and campaign planning. Help monitor social media channels and support community engagement. Research social media trends, content opportunities and best practices. Assist with tracking social media and campaign performance. Support additional digital marketing initiatives, including website, email, advertising and other projects as needed. Collaborate with members of the Brand & Experience team, including digital marketing, content, design and video production. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and short-form video content. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Edits or similar creative tools preferred. Creative, organized, dependable and eager to learn. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
