Career Services Advisor for Foster Youth & TCA
Baltimore County
Baltimore County Government's Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Human Services Associate for Family Investment Services to provide career services to TCA clients and transitioning foster youth. You will assess barriers, develop employment plans, and refer clients to training and unsubsidized placements.
