• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a diverse range of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related issues.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and patient objectives.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle changes to promote long-term recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure integrated and thorough care.
• Maintain precise and timely patient records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff, aiding in their ongoing professional growth.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

The salary range is $90,000 - $95,000 , which includes productivity incentives and potential sign-on bonuses, along with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
