Role Description The Licensed Private Practice Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of children, adults, couples, and families in a part‑time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Phoenixville, PA, with a mix of in‑office sessions and some work‑from‑home telehealth appointments. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence‑based interventions, and maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation. The therapist will collaborate with practice leadership and, when appropriate, external providers to coordinate care and support client progress. Additional responsibilities may include participating in case consultation, contributing to practice‑wide initiatives, and, for interested candidates, providing performance‑focused services to entrepreneurial and organizational clients. Qualifications Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Pennsylvania (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and eligibility to bill insurance panels. Demonstrated competence in individual, couples, and family therapy, including skill in developing treatment plans and using evidence‑based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution‑focused approaches). Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, including experience with intake evaluations, risk assessment, and clinical formulation. Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills, with a client‑centered, culturally responsive, and trauma‑informed approach. Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records, with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Comfort with telehealth platforms and basic technology tools for hybrid service delivery. Experience or interest in performance psychology, coaching, or working with entrepreneurs and organizations is beneficial.
