What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with the tax department and other corporate functions.
• Ensure accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of data.
• Act as a liaison between the company, government, and auditors, providing required information and maintaining proper historical records.
• Submit various federal, state, and local reports, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
• Allocate costs according to established procedures.
• Manage the preparation of budget versus actual reports.
• Identify areas of potential improvement.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a mix of Big 4 and industry roles.
• Strong and broad tax technical knowledge, ASC 740 foundation, and a strategic mindset.
• Strong research, technical documentation, and verbal communication skills.
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long‑term vision, and executive presence.
• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and their application in a large, diverse organization.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form, including presentations.
• Ability to design, document, and implement process improvements.
• Strong system management/control experience.
