Tremendous opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join this established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area! The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support manufacturing operations and drive process improvements, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, quality and safety and similar duties in a GMP pharma packaging environment. Pay rate will be $24.35/hr. $2/hr. shift differential for all hours outside of 7am-3pm! Schedule is 3rd - 11p-7a M-F. Qualifications 1+ yrs experience in a GMP manufacturing environment HS Degree or equivalent required; Associate in manufacturing, Industrial Tech, Engineering Tech or similar a plus Understanding of Performance Metrics in relation to manufacturing (scrap, downtime, yield, etc.) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 6S, or similar) Proficient in MSOffice Experience reading technical documentation such as Batch records, SOPS and similar Basic Math skills Ability to lift 50 lbs Trillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trillium Staffing
