Technical aptitude and people skills are a must. This is a hands-on position requiring ability to identify and correct mechanical issues. Equipment Repair Technician Job Responsibilities: Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all possible MOC automotive equipment issues in a professional and timely manner Perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment Drive company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed Escalates all problems and issues to management when necessary Follow company’s field procedures and protocols Equipment Repair Technician Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience Automotive Experience is a plus Must be mechanically inclined. Familiar with hand tools. Must have 12V DC experience Ability to work with little supervision Proven customer service skills are a must Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in English.
