What's the Job?

Conduct outbound political surveys using company scripts

Maintain clear, professional English pronunciation at all times

Stay engaged and energetic during calls

Work scheduled hours (typically 1pm9pm ET, agents pick their shifts)

Follow company standards for call quality and productivity

Equipment Requirements

Headset Requirements (USB?C Hardwired Logitech Recommended)

• Must have an attached boom microphone
• Must be hardwired (cord cannot be detachable)
• Mac users will require a USB?C headset adapter

NOT ACCEPTED

• Bluetooth or detachable-cord headsets
• AUX headsets or earbuds
• Headsets without boom mic
• Gaming headsets with dual USB/AUX

Computer Requirements

• Windows 11 (all updates must be completed)
• Mac is accepted if fully updated
• Chromebooks NOT allowed
• PCs with less than Windows 10 NOT allowed

Recommended

• Ethernet cable for stable connection

Update Steps

1. Start Menu ? Settings
2. Windows Update ? Check for updates
3. Allow updates to install ? restart
4. Repeat until no more updates appear
