Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering accountability and a positive team environment. Develop strong working relationships with employees and cross-functional teams to support operational success and continuous improvement efforts.Monitor workflow, staffing, and production needs while helping resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.Qualifications for Production Supervisor:Bachelors degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or technical school preferred 6 plus years of related manufacturing leadership experience.
