.NET Full Stack Developer Location: Manhattan, NY Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH Contract Type: Contract Schedule: 35 Hours/Week C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Entity Framework/EF Core, LINQ, SQL Server 2019, REST/SOAP APIs, Angular 8, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Git, CI/CD, OAuth/JWT/RBAC, and Azure DevOps. Key Responsibilities Application Development - 60% Design, develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, .NET Core and Web APIs . Develop and enhance RESTful and SOAP-based web services. Build and maintain applications using Entity Framework/EF Core and LINQ . Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database objects. Develop frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular 8 . Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, deployment and performance optimization. Support application integrations with internal and external systems. Follow established software architecture, coding standards and design patterns. Participate in CI/CD activities using Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab CI . System Decommissioning - 40% Perform system inventory, dependency mapping and impact analysis. Analyze application integrations, APIs, interfaces and batch processes. Support the retirement, redirection or replacement of interfaces and services. Extract, archive and migrate data while maintaining data integrity. Support the controlled retirement of applications, databases, middleware and third-party components. Develop decommissioning plans, runbooks and validation documentation. Execute testing and controlled system shutdown activities. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify dependencies, risks and technical issues. Preferred Skills Microservices architecture Docker / Kubernetes AWS or Azure React, Vue or other modern JavaScript frameworks NoSQL / MongoDB Application and database performance optimization ETL and data migration experience Legacy application modernization or decommissioning experience Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET application development. Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET and .NET Core . Strong database development experience with SQL Server . Experience working with both frontend and backend technologies . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and non-technical users. Location Requirement Only candidates currently residing within the NY Metropolitan or NJ area will be considered.
