Location: Telehealth or Hybrid Options Available in Riverside and San Bernardino

Full-Time or Part-Time

Bilingual in Spanish Required plus bilingual differential offered (pay $30 to $35)

In today’s climate, our Latino community is facing immense pressure — from immigration fears to systemic injustice. This is the time to show up. This is the time to lead with love, skill, and cultural understanding.

$30 - $35 hourly

• Provide therapy to Spanish-speaking and bilingual clients
• Support clients through challenges like immigration trauma, acculturation stress, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians who are  rooted in cultural humility and social justice
• Offer care in a setting that values your voice, your culture, and your personal connection to the work

• Is  bilingual in Spanish/English
• Associate with at least 800 direct client care hours 
• Has experience or deep interest in working with  Latino/Latinx clients
• Feels passionate about social change and community mental health
• Wants to be part of a mission-driven team that understands the urgency of this work
