Responsibilities Participate in planning and executing culturally significant events and community outreach initiatives, including partnerships with churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers. Demonstrate impeccable etiquette and professionalism in every interaction, consistently reflecting NorthStar Memorial Group's values and compliance expectations. Maintain mastery of all product offerings, service processes, and organizational policies to confidently address complex questions from families and the public. Actively listen to families and channel meaningful insights to internal marketing and product teams to support continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop Funeral Arrangers and Care Center Staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, communication, and high performance. Direct funeral home operations and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Drive achievement of annual case volume and revenue goals while continuously elevating the family experience within the funeral home. Select, train, and motivate staff to ensure service delivery consistently exceeds family expectations. Compensation range of $105,000 - 125,000/yr.
