We are seeking a skilled professional to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems, replacing defective parts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers.
• Discuss pricing, value, and benefits of recommended repairs and upgrades with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred 6 years of experience specific to the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
• Possess basic hand tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift, and move heavy objects.
• Ability to work on-call.
• Knowledge of the following systems and equipment:
• Rooftop units
• Cooling towers
• Chillers
• Heat pumps
• Air conditioners
• Hydronic systems
• Geothermal units
• Gas furnaces and gas boilers
• Oil furnaces and oil boilers
