Transportation CoordinatorSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11:00AM- 7:00PMAvailabilityMust be willing to work shift hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.General SummaryCoordinates outbound shipments to support transportation operations. Ensures timely, accurate communication and coordination across stores, distribution centers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate outbound and backhaul freight assignments to maximize truck utilization and reduce costs.Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with delivery protocols.Perform accurate data entry across transportation systems and ensure accuracy of carrier invoicing within those systems.Conduct tracking and tracing of deliveries and equipment.Support claims processes and ensure proper documentation for credits.Analyze operational trends and implement process improvements.Follow safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment.Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
