Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Laboratory Technologist

Position Overview:

As an MLS/MLT, you'll perform a broad range of clinical laboratory tests in areas including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology. You'll work across varied morning and evening shifts with a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring you gain a well-rounded experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic testing with accuracy and efficiency across multiple lab disciplines
Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure reliable performance
Review and validate results, troubleshooting inconsistencies as needed
Adhere to quality control, safety, and regulatory standards
Communicate test results clearly with clinical teams and document findings accurately

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related laboratory science field
ASCP certification (or eligible; must obtain within six months of hire)
Experience with automated lab equipment and strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support teamwork and collaboration
