Our experienced team provides compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats in Cape Coral and surrounding communities, delivering personalized, patient-centered services across preventive, medical, urgent care, and surgical care in a welcoming environment. Hours: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM The Role As a Veterinary/Kennel Assistant, you'll support our medical team and contribute to the daily care and well-being of hospitalized, boarding, and outpatient pets. Your responsibilities may include: Providing compassionate care, handling, and restraint of pets Feeding, exercising, and monitoring boarding and hospitalized animals Cleaning and maintaining kennels, treatment areas, and equipment Assisting veterinarians and technicians during appointments and procedures Performing laundry, stocking supplies, and maintaining hospital cleanliness Admitting and discharging boarding patients as directed Observing pets for changes in behavior or health and reporting concerns to the medical team Delivering exceptional client service and representing the hospital professionally Experience & Skills Requirements: Kennel Technician or Veterinary Assistant. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $16-$17/hour.
