Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician / Lead / Supervisor to join our team in New London, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the facility is operating at peak performance.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in training new maintenance staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a maintenance environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
