This is an opportunity for an experienced analyst to have meaningful impact through data-driven insights across a large, evolving technology organization.Accountabilities:Partner with teams across the organization, including Network Engineering, Network Operations, and Field Operations, to develop data-driven dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support business strategy and project prioritization.Analyze complex datasets to investigate challenging business questions, identify trends and root causes, and uncover insights that can guide operational and strategic decisions.Apply data modeling, SQL, visualization, and analytical techniques to transform raw information into clear and actionable intelligence.Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to validate findings, develop recommendations, and communicate analytical conclusions effectively.Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels, adapting the level of technical detail and communication style to the audience.Take end-to-end ownership of analytical projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and delivery of accurate and timely outputs.Proactively identify challenges, data quality issues, or opportunities for improvement and work with relevant teams to address them.Support the effective interaction between data, analytics, systems, and business processes by collaborating with engineering and technical teams.Continuously improve reporting, visualization, and analytical solutions to ensure they remain useful, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience working with datasets, data visualization, modeling, and dashboards.3+ years of experience using data-based modeling to develop insights and present findings to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.3+ years of experience using SQL to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through dashboards and data visualization technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex questions and identify the underlying drivers behind business outcomes.Strong experience with dashboard and visualization technologies and the ability to present information in a clear, decision-oriented format.Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations rather than simply reporting data.Strong project ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences and facilitating productive discussions.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across business, operations, engineering, and other technical teams.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and Looker, for data analysis and visualization is preferred.Experience with ticketing and business systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce, as well as network platforms such as Netcracker, Axiros, or Alepo, is a plus.Understanding of how systems and technical tools interact with data and analytics, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to optimize these relationships.Experience working in a continuously evolving environment where priorities may change and analytical solutions need to adapt accordingly.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.BenefitsU.S. base salary range of $129,600–$190,100, with the specific range varying by location and confirmed during the hiring process.Additional bonus eligibility.Comprehensive employee benefits, with the overall package determined by the applicable employment location and terms.Opportunity to work on data-driven initiatives that influence business strategy and operational priorities.Exposure to modern analytics and cloud technologies, including SQL, data modeling, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform.Collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning network engineering, operations, field teams, and other business functions.Flexible work opportunities, with the role supporting remote work from eligible U.S. locations.An environment focused on innovation, continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.Opportunity to take ownership of high-impact analytical projects and translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.Accessible and inclusive workplace environment with accommodations available to candidates who need them.Potential for continued career development within a growing technology organization.Compensation and additional benefits may vary based on location, experience, and applicable employment terms.
