Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Pediatric Acute Care Location: St. Louis, MO Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) Employment Type: PRN Pay Rate: $45-$50 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) to provide respiratory care in an acute pediatric healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute pediatric experience , with ICU experience preferred , as well as at least 1 year of experience using Epic . Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients in an acute-care setting Assess patients and provide respiratory treatments according to established care plans Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory therapies as ordered Monitor and manage patients requiring respiratory support Assist with ventilator management and airway care as appropriate Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress in Epic Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards Perform other respiratory therapy duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of acute pediatric experience – REQUIREDMinimum 1 year of Epic experience – REQUIRED ICU experience – PREFERRED Current Respiratory Therapist license/certification as required by the state Current BLS certification Additional certifications such as PALS, ACLS, RRT, or NRP may be required based on facility requirements Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment Comfortable working with pediatric patients and multidisciplinary clinical teams Compensation & Employment Pay: $45-$50 Employment Type: PRN #J-18808-Ljbffr ALLIANCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC
