Job Title Part‑Time Retail Display Installer – Flemington, NJ 08822 Overview Join ActionLink to install and maintain retail displays for top clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Responsibilities Visit stores to complete projects within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Schedule up to 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; no weekends or evenings. Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $18.00 per hour for standard merchandising projects. Higher rates for technical projects, based on need. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store mileage. Paid training to prepare for program success. Accrue PTO hours every week worked. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience. Versatile to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory. Attention to detail—follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independent worker who can also collaborate with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready with internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device, updated OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools. Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and willingness to use the vehicle for job duties. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
