Through your work, you will help to ensure that nutrition programs meet individual needs and are in alignment with professional standards. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will perform the following duties:Nutrition Planning: Plan and organize nutrition assessments, counseling, diet education, and discharge planningDiet Management: Prepare and revise modified diets and monitor consumer acceptance of menu itemsClinical Participation: Attend meetings and recommend nutrition interventions that support consumer healthProgram Support: Maintain records, update policies, and assist with computer program meal trackingStaff Guidance: Provide direction to food service staff involved in nutrition care tasksProfessional Development: Complete continuing education and follow current standards for nutrition practiceInterested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Qualifications:This position requires active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) as issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, or proof of eligibility for such certification.You must meet the PA residency requirement.
