Through your work, you will help to ensure that nutrition programs meet individual needs and are in alignment with professional standards. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will perform the following duties:Nutrition Planning: Plan and organize nutrition assessments, counseling, diet education, and discharge planningDiet Management: Prepare and revise modified diets and monitor consumer acceptance of menu itemsClinical Participation: Attend meetings and recommend nutrition interventions that support consumer healthProgram Support: Maintain records, update policies, and assist with computer program meal trackingStaff Guidance: Provide direction to food service staff involved in nutrition care tasksProfessional Development: Complete continuing education and follow current standards for nutrition practiceInterested in learning more?
