As a Night Auditor you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻ i, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻ upu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hō kū ala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻ i. Classification: Casual Shift Pattern: Overnight shifts, must be available for weekends. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets - Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports - Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings - Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use - Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations |What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
