Complete Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate  Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.

NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch, compassionate, resident-centered care

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families

• Lead and support nursing staff

• Help maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment

NURSE (RN) SUPERVISOR Qualifications:

• Active, valid New Jersey RN License

• 2+ years of nursing experience

• Previous   supervision experience in an LTC facility

• High School Diploma required

• Reliable, passionate, and dedicated

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent work ethic and leadership abilities
