Bay Property Management Group Philadelphia is seeking a motivated and licensed Leasing Agent to help lease residential rental properties throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. This role is ideal for a sales-driven real estate professional who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and maximizing their earning potential.

With a steady inventory of available rental properties and ongoing lead opportunities, you'll have the tools and support needed to build a successful leasing business.

Compensation & Benefits

• $750 commission per completed lease
• Average portfolio of 15–20 active rental listings
• Typical annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000+
• Uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License (Required)
• Previous leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and smartphone
• Availability to conduct showings during evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and online leasing platforms

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to rental inquiries and leads
• Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants
• Follow up with applicants and guide them through the leasing process
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
• Maintain and update MLS listings and online rental advertisements
• Coordinate move-ins and complete pre-move-in inspections
• Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants
• Maintain accurate records and communication throughout the leasing process
