ABOUT HAND & SPUR Hand & Spur is a boutique creative studio in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, working with western and lifestyle brands as strategists, creative directors, and content creators. We help brands find their voice, tell better stories, and build marketing that actually moves the needle. Our clients are the coffee shops, soda fountains, saloons, ranches, and real estate teams that make this valley what it is. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Content Coordinator to own social video from idea to final cut. This is a hands on, in the field role. One day you might be styling a shot at a vintage soda fountain, the next you are out on a working ranch chasing golden hour. If you are the person who watches a reel and immediately thinks "I know exactly how we could do that here," we want to meet you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Concept and pitch reel ideas for client accounts, grounded in what is actually performing on Instagram and TikTok right now Produce shoots start to finish Coordinate with clients to schedule filming and confirm every shoot is approved in advance Source and style models, talent, wardrobe, and props as needed Line up any additional parties involved (staff, vendors, locations) Film the content on location around Jackson Hole, primarily on iPhone Edit new and existing footage into polished, platform ready reels, including cuts, pacing, text, transitions, and trending audio A meaningful part of this role is working through our existing content library. We have footage already captured across client accounts that needs a sharp editor to turn it into finished reels Communicate professionally with clients throughout, representing Hand & Spur on site and over email or text Deliver on schedule and keep organized files so content is ready when the calendar calls for it QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field Experience creating social media video, whether for a brand, a client, or a personal account Customer service or client service experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business owners Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and problem solving on the fly Editing proficiency in mobile or desktop tools such as CapCut, Edits, or similar REQUIREMENTS Based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, or able to be here and working by November 1 Own an iPhone 17, or able to have one by November 1 An active social media user with a genuine grasp of current trends and what makes video content perform Reliable transportation to client locations around the valley Valid work authorization in the United States CONTRACT DETAILS 10 to 20 hours per week, hourly rate of $[RATE] depending on experience Flexible scheduling around client shoot windows You provide your own phone, editing software, and equipment TIMELINE Interviews with selected candidates: late September into early October #J-18808-Ljbffr
