Nurse Manager: Home Visiting & Family Support Leader

Central-Jersey-Family-Health-Consortiu

Central-Jersey-Family-Health-Consortiu seeks a Nurse Manager to supervise home visiting staff delivering family-centered newborn care. You will oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensure fidelity to the Family Connects model, and coordinate with partners to support families across 12 domains of well-being. The ideal candidate has a BSN with NJ RN licensure and 3+ years of clinical and supervisory experience in maternal-child health, with knowledge of home visiting protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr Central-Jersey-Family-Health-Consortiu
