Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in BERRYVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and assist with security-related concerns. Maintain a visible presence, help to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, maintain visitor and contractor logs, issue access credentials as authorized, and report access-related concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
