This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a passion for mentoring others.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causesResearch and source appropriate repair partsPerform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsLead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedulesDrive machine and infrastructure improvement projectsQualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenanceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systemsAbility to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsExcellent problem-solving and leadership skillsExperience with CMMS systems is a plusWe Offer:A stable job in an internationally established companyComplete benefits package of employer contributions to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Sick time, PTO and 11 paid Holidays per yearWages depend on experience and qualificationsAlcohol and drug-free workplace.
