What You'll Do

• Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Helping customers choose the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits.
• Following up with leads, appointments, sold customers, and unsold prospects.
• Building relationships that turn one sale into repeat and referral business.
• Working with managers to structure deals and close deals.
• Staying up to date on Honda products, incentives, and inventory.
• Delivering a professional, high-energy customer experience.
• Hitting personal and team sales goals.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Valid Driver's license is required

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including MVR, drug screen, and background check

Stong communication skills

Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales proces.

Compensation

This is performance-based sales opportunity with strong income potential.
