Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the Facilities team responsible for maintaining the exceptional standards of Oak Hill's buildings, systems, and equipment. This position provides hands-on leadership in daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and facility improvements.

The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and ensuring a safe, reliable, and welcoming environment for our members, guests, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support daily maintenance operations, ensuring work orders and projects are completed efficiently and to established standards
• Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance related to HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, and general building systems
• Execute and maintain preventive maintenance programs for club facilities, equipment, and systems
• Partner with the Director of Facilities on projects, capital improvements, renovations, and vendor coordination
• Respond to facility needs and emergencies, including participation in an on-call rotation as required
• Assist with inspections, testing, and documentation of fire protection and life safety systems
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies while assisting with purchasing needs
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas
• Support the overall operational needs of the club
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
