Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week, rotating shifts with flexibility | Night shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Participate in required weekend shifts (4 weekend shifts per 4-week period)
• Work assigned holiday shifts, including either Thanksgiving or Christmas

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in a NICU or neonatal care setting
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced environments
