What You’ll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues and determine needed repairs
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Test system performance and efficiency using industry‐standard tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective components in HVAC systems
• Recommend system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and energy efficiency
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all work performed
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks.

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
• Excellent customer service skills: reliable, professional, and trustworthy
• Physical dexterity and ability to perform service‐related tasks

Compensation:
Competitive annual pay $75,000–$100,000 for skilled HVAC Service Technicians, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional earnings potential through performance-based incentive program in the HVAC service sector.
