Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Arbor Associates is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP). This position includes supporting personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. Schedule Sundays 11AM-4PM & or Mondays 6AM-11AM Location Clinton, CT (Training in Branford, CT required for 4 days in daytime) What You’ll Do Provide supervision and support in a residential setting Assist with personal care needs including feeding, toileting, and bathing if necessary and ensure client safety and comfort Monitor routines, respond to overnight needs, and maintain structure Utilize de-escalation techniques and follow behavior support plans as needed Complete documentation and communicate with incoming staff during shift transitions Benefits Competitive Pay Variety of Assignments 24/7 Availability 4-Hour Cancellation Policy Career Pathing Full‑time employee benefits Tailored Training Flexible Schedules Supportive, Respectful Culture Dedicated Support #J-18808-Ljbffr
