Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab specialists to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Current Missouri state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- BLS certification required (or obtained during orientation)
- Experience in pediatric or orthopedic therapy is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Knowledge of EMR systems and documentation standards
