Registered Nurse – Oncology / Infusion

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (4x10 Hours, 7:00–17:30) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products to oncology patients in an infusion center setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:6–7 in a structured infusion environment
• Collaborate with an integrated oncology urgent care team to support add-on patients and those requiring provider assessment
• Float within specialty and acuity as required
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of oncology and/or infusion nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Must reside 50 or more miles from the facility (locals under 50 miles are not accepted unless explicitly stated)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers accepted with strong oncology and/or infusion background
• CPI certification (Calm Every Storm online version is the accepted online vendor)
• Comfort with floating within scope and acuity with no scheduling restrictions
