SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST

Salesforce Business AnalystExpected to produce and maintain:Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaProduct backlog and backlog refinement outputsFunctional and business requirements documentationProcess flows, business workflows, and solution diagramsUAT plans, test scenarios, and validation reportsTraceability matrices linking requirements to delivered functionalityRequired Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementationStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Financial Services Cloud preferred)Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environmentsStrong skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentationExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management systemsKey Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutionsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and quality assurance mindsetAbility to operate across multiple workstreams in a complex program environmentEngagement Model Expectations:Work closely with IFC Product Owners, Architects, and implementation partnersSupport delivery across Salesforce workstreams and Phoenix pillars (Relationship Management, External Portal, Project Processing)Enable alignment between business requirements and system design across releasesContribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the programTools & Technologies:Agile delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalentDocumentation tools for requirement and process modelingFamiliarity with Salesforce platform architecture and configuration concepts
