As a Full Time Phlebotomis t, you'll provide care to c lient employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Clermont, FL . The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 7:00a - 4:00p. 

• Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends . Join a close-knit, two-person clinic team providing care to county employees, law enforcement, and their families in a patient-focused environment
• Put your phlebotomy skills to work every da y while assisting with rooming, labs, point-of-care testing, drug screens, pre-employment exams, and Epic documentation. Enjoy variety without the fast-paced demands of a high-volume clinic. 
• Grow with a brand-new clinic location. Start at the temporary Leesburg site before transitioning to the new Clermont wellness center, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and building strong patient relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Works independently and in accordance with safety and organizational policies and procedures
• Assists with supply inventory
• May instruct phlebotomy procedure for new employees
• Understands and abides by all of industry standards and Premise Health infection control guidelines and safety procedures;
• Knowledge of use of SDS material and emergency equipment in facility
• Proficient in phlebotomy skills, specimen collection, processing and assessing vital signs for patients
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring 

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands on externship completed and passed- total online courses are not acceptable
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
