RN - Home Health

Home Health RN We have a great opportunity for a Home Health RN. Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. The service area includes Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Winston‑Salem, Lexington; Forsyth and Upper Davidson Counties. CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. We seek a dynamic, quality‑driven RN to provide exceptional, compassionate care and to improve patient outcomes and experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Drive continuous improvements in care quality within our home health program Manage caseload of home health patients independently Benefits Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits package Paid time off (PTO) plus 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 403(b) match after 12 months of service Mileage reimbursement Flexible work schedules Professional growth and development opportunities Employee engagement activities Qualifications Current, active RN license in North Carolina (required) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required) Minimum 2 years nursing experience, at least 1 in home health or community health preferred Experience in leading or coordinating patient care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software Valid state‑issued driver’s license and automobile liability insurance; own transportation CPR Certification CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
