Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Controller or senior finance role. Strong knowledge of residential service business models (flat‑rate pricing, job costing, departmental P&Ls). Skilled in process improvement, cost containment, and financial analysis. Tech‑savvy with strong Excel and reporting system expertise. Excellent communicator, self‑starter, and forward‑thinker who thrives in a collaborative culture. Must pass background and MVR check; on‑site role in Denver, CO. What You’ll Do Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, job costing, and month‑end close. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Partner with leadership on budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial decisions. Maintain and continuously improve internal controls and accounting processes. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and advise on revenue growth strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
