Job Description
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12-hour Day shifts, 0645-1915; Every other weekend; Holiday requirements apply.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 16 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements

• 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required
• RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with EMR Altera Sunrise preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a telemetry unit
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management

Compliance / Notes

Orientation consists of a 2-day orientation followed by clinical orientation over a series of days; Nicotine free facility; Bi-weekly pay; Client may cancel one shift per pay period with notice.
