What You’ll Be Doing Operate haul units to transport raw materials safely and efficiently within the quarry. Perform pre‑ and post‑operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Follow established haul routes, traffic patterns, and safety procedures at all times. Coordinate with production and plant teams to support daily operational targets. Maintain clean work areas and contribute to overall site housekeeping and safety. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate large mobile equipment in an industrial setting. Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following standard procedures. Ability to recognize hazards and adapt to changing site conditions. Mechanical awareness with the capability to identify equipment concerns. Reliable attendance and accountability in meeting operational expectations. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
