This is a BA-first role with additional project management responsibilities based on specific project needs./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLead process assessments, document current-state processes, and design future-state workflows./liliFacilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders./liliDocument business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps./liliRecommend best practices, process improvements, and solution approaches./liliCreate wireframes, mockups, and conceptual designs to communicate solution ideas./liliDeliver product demos and prototype walkthroughs to validate requirements./liliDefine data and integration needs, system flows, and information architecture./liliManage small to mid-size projects, including scope, risks, and timelines./liliCollaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery./liliSupport change management, training plans, and user adoption activities./li/ulpRequirements:/pulli15+ years of Business Analysis experience, including hands-on Project Management responsibilities./liliExperience working in consulting firms./liliStrong facilitation skills - able to lead sessions independently and engage stakeholders./liliFamiliarity with ERP processes e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing, field services, and/or operations./liliProficiency in creating wireframes and mockups (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.)./liliAbility to deliver high-quality demos that clearly articulate the solution vision./liliSolid understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and integrations./liliNice to Have Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services./li/ul/div
