Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion

RN - InfusionTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality infusion therapy services. The RN will administer intravenous medications, monitor patient responses, manage vascular access devices, and ensure safe, efficient care throughout all infusion procedures.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister IV infusions, injections, biologics, hydration therapy, and specialty medications.Assess patients before, during, and after infusion treatments, documenting all findings accurately.Monitor for adverse reactions and respond promptly to complications or emergencies.Insert, maintain, and manage peripheral IV lines; assist with PICC and central line care as required.Educate patients and families on medications, infusion procedures, and post-treatment care.Prepare infusion medications and equipment according to safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans.Maintain accurate infusion logs, documentation, and electronic health record entries.Adhere to infection control guidelines, medication safety policies, and infusion protocols.QualificationsActive RN license in good standing.Minimum 1 year of experience in infusion therapy, oncology, IV therapy, or acute care preferred.BLS required; ACLS preferred.Strong IV insertion, vascular access management, and clinical assessment skills.Excellent communication, patient education, and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of patient safety.BenefitsCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) retirement plan with company match for eligible employees.Professional development and specialty certification opportunities.Supportive and collaborative clinical environment.If you are a dedicated RN with strong infusion therapy expertise, we invite you to apply and join TLC Nursing Associates.
