Job Title: Family Practice Physician – Outpatient Clinic in Gilroy, CA

- Setting: Outpatient clinic working with all ages (peds to adults)
- Hourly Rate: $155.61
- Pay Schedule: Weekly via Direct Deposit

- Provide outpatient primary care services to all age groups, including pediatrics and adults
- Supervise midlevel providers as needed
- Conduct routine examinations, diagnose, and treat common illnesses
- Document using EPIC EMR software
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in full-week orientation to familiarize with clinic protocols
- Screen and manage patients' preventive health needs
- CA Medical License in hand
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Comfortable working with all ages, including children and adults
- Ability to attend a full week of orientation
