Operations: Managing room readiness, overseeing product inventory, and contributing to meetings/protocols. Advanced Services: Performing complex treatments (peels, lasers, microneedling) and handling challenging client issues. Client Experience: Ensuring exceptional service, problem-solving on the fly, and fostering client loyalty. Leadership: Leading by example, demonstrating calm professionalism, and knowing when to involve management.
