Shifts: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM Benefits Medical, dental & vision coverage Generous PTO & parental leave 401(k) with contribution matching Competitive salary & stock options Employee product discounts $75/month utility stipend HSA & FSA options Qualifications Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy Active Arizona Pharmacist License 2+ years of pharmacist experience Non-sterile compounding experience Knowledge of USP , , and pharmacy regulations Strong math skills Ability to undergo respirator fit testing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems Multi-state licensure preferred Key Responsibilities Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel Perform and document compounding and quality checks Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Talent Group
