Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help clients achieve their daily living objectives

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to ensure sustained improvement outside of sessions

Document Progress: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient goals are met

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required

A genuine passion for assisting others in achieving their utmost independence
