Tech Lead Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Tech Lead Developer. Candidates must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 midto large-sized custom implementation projects.Responsibilities:

• Leads execution for a complex technical project
• Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
• Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
• Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
• Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team
• Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff

Skills

• Knowledge of credit card testing and credit risk integrations
• Ability to automate credit risk test scripts and merge with existing test plans
• Ability to create re-usable processes to reduce time to market
• Expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
• Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
