Department: 09120 WFBMG Wake Forest Health Network - General Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Variable Pay Range $20.80 - $31.20 The Patient Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while supporting administrative and clerical functions in a healthcare setting. This role ensures a smooth patient experience from scheduling to check-out.
